Brows change how your whole face looks. Your beautician will help you choose the right treatment.

Eyebrow shaping
We remove stray hairs and shape your brows to suit your natural line and face. We follow the shape you already have, so they look like your own brows — not drawn on with a pencil. If you have a shape in mind, bring a photo.
Everyone's brows grow differently, so we can't promise a particular shape or perfect symmetry. For hair removal around the brows, see our waxing and threading page.

Brow tinting
A tint colours your existing brow hairs, so they look darker and more defined without makeup. It does not add hair or permanently fill bare patches.
We choose a shade that goes with your hair, your skin tone and the look you want. Tinting may not suit everyone, so we check first.

Henna brows
Henna also colours the brow hairs, but unlike a regular tint it may temporarily stain the skin underneath. That can make your brows look fuller and more defined, especially if they are sparse or patchy.
It will not fill every gap, and it does not work equally well for everyone.

Brow lamination
Lamination sets your brow hairs in a smooth, brushed-up direction for a neat, fuller, more controlled look. It is ideal if your brows grow in different directions or look flat.
The result is temporary and does not affect natural growth. Not all brows are suitable, so we assess yours first, and your beautician will give you aftercare advice.

Lash lifts
A lash lift works with your natural lashes — no extensions. It lifts them from the base for an upward curl, so they look longer and your eyes look more open. No need for an eyelash curler in the morning.
Results usually last around 6–8 weeks, varying from person to person as your lashes naturally shed and regrow.

Eyelash extensions
Extensions are applied to suitable natural lashes. The result depends on your own lashes and the style you choose. We talk through the length, curl and fullness you would like, and how to look after them.
As your natural lashes shed, extensions need infills — your beautician will tell you when.

Tell us how much pressure you would like. Please let us know before we begin if you have an injury or health condition, or are pregnant. We may adjust the massage, suggest checking with your doctor first, or be unable to go ahead if it would not be safe — we cannot guarantee that every condition can be accommodated.

Before brow and lash treatments
About patch tests
Some tints, henna and lash products used in brow and lash treatments can cause allergic reactions in some people. Whether you need a patch test depends on the treatment and product, but brow tinting, henna brows, lash lifts and lash extensions may require one. Tell us what you would like when you book and we will explain what applies.
No patch test can guarantee that you will not react.
Aftercare
Looking after your brows and lashes
Aftercare depends on the products used, and your beautician will tell you what applies to your treatment. As a general guide:
- Follow your beautician's advice on when you can wet lash lifts and extensions.
- Don't rub your eyes, and check with your beautician before using oil-based makeup removers on lash extensions.
- Brush your lashes gently with a clean lash brush.
- Wait 1–2 days after a tint or henna before using oils or harsh exfoliants on your brows, unless your beautician advises otherwise.
- Come to lash appointments without eye makeup, and remove contact lenses beforehand.
- Never pull at lash extensions. Tell us if something doesn't feel right.

Do I need a patch test?
Some brow and lash treatments may need one, depending on the treatment and product — for example tinting, henna brows, lash lifts and lash extensions. Tell us what you would like when you book and we will explain what applies.
How long does a lash lift last?
Usually about 6–8 weeks. It varies from person to person and with your natural lash cycle.
How often do lash extensions need infills?
Most clients come back every 2–3 weeks as their natural lashes shed, but it varies. Your beautician will advise.
Can I wear contact lenses to a lash appointment?
Please remove them before lash treatments, and bring your glasses and lens case.
Can I have a massage if I have an injury?
Please tell us before we start. Depending on the injury, we may adapt the massage, suggest waiting, or recommend checking with your doctor first. We cannot guarantee that every injury will be suitable for massage.
Can I combine a brow treatment with a massage?
Yes. Let us know when you book so we can plan your time.
